Join our beginner-friendly American Mah Jongg retreat for a masterclass in the game, grounded in NMJL standards.

You’ll learn the fundamentals of the game, tile recognition, and core rules, then dive into guided gameplay to build confidence and momentum.

You’ll leave with your own NMJL card and the skills needed to keep playing.

Coffee, tea, and water will be provided; bring your own lunch or snacks.

Ready to level up your Mah Jongg game? This Strategy Workshop builds on the basics taught in Intro to Mahj and the Mahj Club Beginner Series.

We will focus on identifying Charleston passes, confidently selecting a winning hand, and maintaining strong momentum throughout the game.

Spot coaching will be offered during play. Please bring your NMJL Card.
